HEALTH GUARANTEE
Wolf Creek Basset Hounds would not knowingly sell a sick puppy. This puppy has been checked by a licensed Veterinarian from the clinic entered on the puppy Immunization Record and was found to be in good health. The new owner is expected to follow up with his/her own Veterinarian by the next immunization time stated on the puppy Immunization Record to continue the necessary preventive medication. The breeder is not held responsible or liable for any medical expenses arising after leaving the breeder's property which includes office visits, ER visits, or any medications needed to treat the puppy for any reason.
With this guarantee the purchaser is granted a refund of the initial purchase price less the deposit or the choice of a new puppy, if a LIFE-THREATING GENETIC DEFECT is diagnosed by a licensed Veterinarian within 10 months of purchase. Medical documentation is required and the dog must be returned at the new owner's expense to receive the refund.
This Health Guarantee will be available to the new owner at the time the puppy is to be picked up. The new owner will also receive in addition to the immunization record, AKC registration paper, health check, sample bag of puppy food, and a litter scented cloth.
